Description
Provide work planning and scheduling for a multifunctional work teamCoordinate scheduling of services provided by vendorsSchedule work with Research and Service departments, track and report on the completion of work.Understand customer requirements and coordinate interface with other teams for various support requirements.Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibrations.Maintain a standard workflow process and provide a weekly/monthly forecast.Maintain intermediate to high computer skills necessary to access CMMS work order system, update equipment history and access material inventory management system.Track, verify and report Service Level Agreements (SLA) performance indicators weekly to the team and coordinate with the team to improve performance and meet objectives. Present performance data to management and maintenance teams regularly.
