Description
Description Strong background in Analysis and purging of Oracle HR workflow. The resource should be able to analyze and guide Ciena to determine data retention requirements for HR transactions for audit or regulatory purposes that are specific to information stored in the workflow tables for Oracle HR transactions. Design any alternative plan needed to be able to retain and report the information if required.. Supplement existing HR data with key workflow data, archive required data to corp. Warehouse for reporting, etc. Develop solution to retain or archive data for reporting and consult with Ciena resources developing any necessary reports. Assist in implementation and testing of HR Workflow purging, and testing alternate archiving solution.
