5+ yrs recent Teradata data warehousing experience as a DBA; focus is on application development DBA skills (database design), not operational DBA skills (backups, handling of daytoday requests such as altering a table) 10+ yrs overall IT experience Near expert level related to Teradata physical database implementations (indepth understanding of skew, amp processing, indexes, joins methods, workload management) Teradata Certification Demonstrated experience in the design/build/implementation of Dimensional data layer (focus is on providing data to reporting applications and adhoc query capabilities)
