5 years experience in business process engineering/reengineering Manages enterprise and multiagency geospatial projects, setting up appropriate controls, and actively managing risks Management of multiple enterprise geospatial contracts, budget and scope Tracking project and activity progress, tracking costs against projected spending plans, project team management, assigning high level tasks, reviewing deliverables for quality, and the final project management evaluation review process Process definition, creation of workflow diagrams, and engagement in ongoing process improvements 811 years of experience working with spatial data and ArcGIS desktop tools Ability to work collaboratively with disparate data owners and diverse teams Knowledge of ArcSDE, ArcGIS Server, ArcIMS, and ESRI Crystal
