Excellent understanding of Java and JSP Knowledge of J2EE Framework Understanding of HTML/XML Experience with Application Servers Experience with Java Messaging Service Use of Java IDE (such as Eclipse) Strong Objectoriented design and programming skills Understanding of current technologies and best practices that comprise a web project development cycle.
