Description
User environment support to address critical and urgent system interruptions and issues in the production user environment that require immediate attention. Product support to create and apply fixes to maintain existing system functions and features, and to modify system functionality as required for EEP compliance with changing regulations and missioncritical operations. User services support to assist EEP personnel in doing unplanned research, inquiries and reports to satisfy ad hoc requests from government agencies as well as EEP managers. All other related duties as identified.
