Description
Work as a member of the Distributed Systems Management remediation team providing remediation to clients getting Pointsec application via Altiris. Must be familiar with Altiris Notification Server (NS) and Deployment Server (DS). Must also have experience with Excel and customer support as well as standard Microsoft desktop support skills. Altiris Notification ServerDeployment ServerAltiris NS/DS Will use DS to repush applications Very little phone activity Working with Excel spreadsheets to list computers that need remediation Windows XP
