Description
Coordinate system changes and conflict resolution within Retirement Plans Services and other impacted lines of business.Evaluate system data and trends and identify opportunities for system and process changes that will increase the stability and quality of our applications.Design and generate reports using Excel and other software programs as needed to support management decision making and the measuring of departmental goals.Conduct research, compile data, prepare statistical reports including charts, graphs and spreadsheets, and provide analysis.Perform regular data audits and exception reporting to ensure and improve data integrity; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
