Description
Provide post sales software systems support to client customers on JES Product Line, exclusively for directory server products. Display and maintain high level of professional behavior at all times. Assist in ensuring client Services meet Customer Satisfaction goals. Perform health checks during the lifecycle of the customer implementation and production. Participate in customer project checkpoints. Works closely with Customer Advocate to ensure overall health of the customer. Will carry a (client provided) cell phone to address P+ customer Sev1's during normal business hours. Serve as backup to Product Support First point of collaboration to SFP Escalate to Sustaining (as appropriate) After Hours/On Call Support (as required)
