Seasoned database engineer who can fluidly work with a diverse team to evolve and specify scalable, highperformance backend database solutions Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and/or OLAP MetaData Driven ETL experience (METaL) Prefer experience with SQL Server Reporting Services. Proven ability to lead and desire to earn development lead responsibilities Advanced knowledge and experience using Agile/SCRUM software development methodologies Proven ability and desire to adapt quickly to complex challenges and work effectively with minimal direction or supervision Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to clearly articulate solution recommendations Orientation toward selfmotivation, organization and attention to detail
