Description
The customer is on release 12.0.3 of EBS. They need one functional and one technical resource who is knowledgeable in the EB tax module. They are also part of public sector. They are facing issues with encumberances, mostly related to tax. They did not want to share specific SRs, but would rather get 2 resources onsite who are knowledgeable in the product and can help assess their overall situation and make recommendations. They upgraded and went live in Jan last year. Instead of doing a reimplementation they upgraded what they had and with EB tax being a new module in R12 they are not sure they have everything setup properly. They are located in San Diego. Note from the customer We want to reevaluate EBTax and reset it up appropriately as if we were a new customer implementing r12 (and not an upgrade). We want the regime to rate flow to work correctly.
