Daily mentorship of the PMO PeopleSoft project lead PeopleSoft technical (development) lead PeopleSoft functional lead Create standard work approach, and adoption of processes/tools to ensure enhanced delivery, focusing on Plan maintenance Workload management Resource management Issue Management Handson evaluation and updating of project plan Delivery of feasible, resourcebalanced plan for next twelve months of implementations Checklists, repeatable plans/process to reuse for future implementations
