Description
An individual is required to fill the position of IT Development Manager for Reference Data applications in Equity Derivatives.The role requires a full understanding of reference data as well as an IT project lifecycle and associated change management processes. The ability to manage user expectations is essential as are problemsolving skills, with a good understanding of when to escalate issues. Communication of progress and issues to all levels of team and management is a key responsibility. The role includes responsibility for deployments, trouble shooting, facilitating QA/UAT and MIS.The candidate will be expected to liaise with various IT and business groups to provide ongoing product consulting to facilitate adoption of the products/system, identify new business and technical problems and associated business case and communicate change implementation plans, progress, risks/issues, problems.
