Design, Implement, and help support large scale, highly available, storage solutions for the production and lab environments at Expedia, Inc.Analyze business requirements to manage the physical and logical configuration of storage media and of storage management software to ensure optimum use of storage space.Develop and maintain operations procedures for daily routine storage management processes.Provide mentoring to team members in all areas of SAN engineering/administration.Engage with vendors, technical groups and organizations that are necessary to remain abreast of current technology and techniques.Assess and support evaluation of new products, facilities, and operating system releases from storage technical support.
