Description
1. 5+ years designing Graphical User Interfaces 2. Excellent communications skills. The person will be required to interface with the business in a regular basis. 2. Expert in User Centered Design practices and research methods 3. Proficient in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS and other GUI aspects 4. Proficient with creating images, buttons, etc. 5. Knowledgeable about J2EE and Database concepts. 6. Experience creating and maintaining GUI Standards & Design Patterns. 7. Self starter ability to seek out tasks rather than be assigned to them. 8. Recommend Solutions Ability to formulate solutions after identifying problems.
