Responsible for the analysis, development, modification, installation, testing and maintenance of operating systems softwarePossesses a strong understanding of systems programming, graphical user interfaces and control languagesEvaluates vendor supplied software packages and makes recommendations to IT managementModifies and/or debugs vendorsupplied utilities and packagesModifies, installs and prepares technical documentation for system software applicationsDiagnoses, isolates and debugs software problems and performs problem resolutionMonitors systems capacity and performance, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures and provides Tier II technical support (Knowledge of DSS Enterprise Project Server ConfigurationKnowledge of DSS EPM SharePoint and SQL ConfigurationSQL Server 2005 installation and configuration experience)
