Description
Installation, maintenance, and support of Sterling Commerce software application called Connect Direct. Perform software upgrades and ensure that installations are complete and working properly including developing accurate test plans for successful implementations. Working with customers to schedule installations, maintenance, and upgrades. Supporting Connect Direct existing customer implementations as well as assisting in new implementation requests. Working with the vendors to ensure the software is kept up to date and reporting any problems with the software to them. Supporting customers with problems or questions that they may have with Z/OS File Transfer Protocol (FTP).
