Strong PSFT HR eApplication consultant with very good understanding of Core HR Modules needed are ePerformance, eDevelopement with succession planning/ career planning, eProfile, eProfile Mgr, eComp and eCom Mgr and Core HR (foundation tables and partial position management) . Core HR) interaction with eAps At least 2 full lifecycle implementation around these modules including one with 9.0 Excellent communication skills to LEAD discussion with HR Business owners from concept to configuration details Ability to step in and ramp up quickly in a running project Business HR experience will be a plus Strong PSFT Core HR + eAps consultant to facilitate Fit/Gap sessions with excellent communication and leadership skills and ideally with Business HR experiencePeoplesoft Core HR Functional experience
