10+ years Experience in the Information Technology industry7+ years Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) involvement from analysis and planning to development and deployment7+years Design and Development with Java, eXtensible Markup Language(XML), web services and database technologies5+ years Technical problem solving experience with IBM technologies, specifically WebSphere (application server, portal server, process server, MQ) and Tivoli (Identity manager, Access manager), etc5+ years Experience in performance tuning and rearchitecting/designing for higher application performance involving Web Application Servers, Java (J2EE), Portlets, Workflow engines, Single Sign On technologies, and Oracle3+ years Experience defining complex architecture and architecture roadmaps3+ years Experience working with senior management and steering committees to identify solution options and provide recommendations
