AUT products center around Desktop Underwriter, a powerful knowledge base and quantitative risk analysis engine that assesses the level of credit risk associated with a loan and quickly determines what flexibility can be leveraged. The AUT product suite includes web applications, business services, and integration interfaces that provide origination, underwriting, consumer credit counseling, data management, and reporting capabilities to the SingleFamily Automated Underwriting Business and Technology Solutions and Community & Multicultural Lending teams.
