Must be proficient with the following GUI development in VB or Perl with SASCreative thinking individual (outside of the box) as per the managerCandidate will be Writing user interfaces ( SAS ) develop validation tools and biostatistics utilitiesSQL and Access in a Unix/Windows Shell Scripting environment
