Description
Serve as a liaison between technical developers and production support in a client server and mainframe computer environment Perform scheduling requests and job submissions for developers and customers Monitor and analyze complex job flows between client server and mainframe Ability to identify potential or exisitng scheduling problems Ability to work independently, as well as with Development, TSS, and other CPS staff; strong team player Ability to work between multiple environmentsi.e. Acceptance & Production Problem resolution skillsworking alone and with Development/CPS staff as necessary Provide detailed documentation of problems using Tivoli Change, update, review job documentation Perform functional testing
