The candidate needs to be able to talk at the vision/ strategic level on the following fronts Acquisition Integration how client should approach the Acquisition Integration (Scientific Atlanta, etc) as part of their Manufacturing capability Supply Chain Visibility given the outsourced, global and mutitiered Supply Chain what key elements of visibility should client consider implementing Globalization how to expand and setup manufacturing in emerging countries
