Description
Manage 3+ consultants working on ECMrelated initiatives. Provide oversight and support for ongoing ECM projects (ECM system for Regulatory submission content, SharePoint implementation (establish SharePoint framework and deploy Research Project Team Sites), QA controlled document management). Act as ECM and Records Management Subject Matter Expert for a Corporate Records Management initiative. Manage ECM/RMrelated projects that result from the Corporate RM initiative. Act as internal project manager for the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management System. Act as internal project manager for additional ECM projects. Potential projects include eRoom upgrade, collaborative document review software implementation, Clinical Development Archive system implementation) Support existing Documentum environments (Documentum, FirstDoc). Communicate ECM program and project status with IT senior management. Ensure that issues are escalated as necessary and that projects are on schedule a
