Description
Must have experience with application development. Must have good understanding of software development lifecycles, the information required for each step of an SDLC, and how to document each step of an SDLC. Must be able to lead meetings, gather and document requirements, help translate requirements to design documents. Must also be able to develop a test strategy and test plan, create test cases from requirements, map those in a tool such as Quality center, and monitor System, Integration, User Acceptance testing. Must be a skilled facilitator with excellent communication skills
