Description
Act as Tier 2/3 Support/Troubleshooter interfacing to sales group as Roche transitions from AIM CRM system to Clarify CRM VERY STRONG PREFERENCE that person is Clarify certified. The company owning Clarify is AMDOCS. Also, Target (the superstore) unloaded a bunch of Clarify consultants sometime back this may be a way to do a little bit of networking Need some level of MS Access/VB/SQL understanding and experience. Upon resolutions, regardless of who provides it, CRM help desk resource will document both the problem and the fix in resolutions repository Resolve issues and/or escalate Good customer service skills required. Good documentation skills required. Technology behind CRM application is Access/VB6, Oracle 10G, and SQL 2000/2005.
