Description
The Business Voice Over IP Service Delivery Customer advocate is the single point of contact assigned on custom and project based BVoIP accounts which entails acquiring customer requirements through the planning, implementation and closeout phase. The candidate must have direct experience in the areas of customer care and project management. The candidate should have general knowledge of IP, managed services, network communications and facilities. The candidate must know MS Office applications. The candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The PIM will be required to work a standard 8 am to 5 pm shift but may be asked to work out of hours as needed.
