Candidate must have 7 years experience with an IT Bachelors degree, or 10 years experience without a Bachelors degreeBachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related areasExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHave a thorough understanding of software development life cycle and requirements engineeringProficiency with Business Process Analysis, documentation and modeling.Experience using WebSphere Business Modeler (WBM) desiredProficiency in requirements elicitation, gathering, structured analysis and documentationProficiency in defining various requirement types for an ITproject business requirements, user requirements, system requirementsExperience using requirement methodologies (Use Case and HLD) to prepare user requirement documentationProficiency using requirements management tool RequisitePro
