Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required. Minimum 3 years experience implementing Six Sigma projects. Strong leadership and teaming capability. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Process oriented thinker. Demonstrated analytical skill set. Solid interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effect change across functional lines. Strong project management and analytical skill set. Can operate independently and with a track record of delivered results. Strong business orientation and demonstrated ability to easily workwithin and across functions. Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus Must be able to travel and work a flexible schedule as necessary.
