5+ years Windows Administration required Ability to participate in an oncall rotation 24x7x365 and ability to work night and weekends on a weekly basis required Expert in the installation, maintenance, optimization and security of Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange required Proficiency in scripting required. Experience with software packaging required Experience with virtualization required Experience with ITIL required Strong background in Terminal services and Citrix required BS in Computer Science, MIS, CIS or a related field required
