Description
Management of open Tibco support tickets. Tracking of Critical Tibco patches. Developer and other support personnel training. Architecture help with Software implementation. Troubleshooting expertise. Capacity and Stability reporting and design specific to Tibco servers and services. Secondary Responsibilities Capacity planning and projections for a large / high capacity reporting environment. Participate in performance analysis and tuning projects of the reporting infrastructure with the associated applications. Mentoring junior staff and providing technical leadership to largescale projects. Lead initiative to develop scripts and other programs for system monitoring and maintenance.
