Description
The person is primarily responsible for supporting the Pharma New Jersey OBIEE 10.1 Analytics Reporting application and the Pharma NJ Siebel 8.1 SFA application. The person will also be required to participate in the development work for any new OBI or CRMrelated application implemented at the New Jersey site and endure compliance to all client Business Services SOP's and processes. The candidate will serve as second livel support for the Siebel systems in NJ for their Sales Force Automation Application (Insight) version 8.1 and call center application (Intouch version 7.8). The candidate will provide customization on a project by project basis for the Pharma NF system; provide data extracts for legal requests and sales management; for assisting in upgrading Siebel versions on a project by project basis and in utilizing Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager to load data as required.
