Description
Solution architect. Must have the experience and technical capability to architect and review existing solutions to determine their effectiveness, rework involved, and an overall strategy of how the solution should be built and deployed. Leadership. Lead meetings, discuss solution approaches, and communicate their findings to both internal IBM and client teams. They would also need to be able to guide developers on implementing the solutions that are decided upon. Development. Very capable technical developer on the latest version of Biztalk and be able to contribute to development items with committed delivery dates. Ideally, with good knowledge of Maximo integration
