Description
Ensure compliance to worldwide regulations for Medical Device manufacturers Implement a standardized, scalable CAPA process across global organization Reduce regulatory risk by clearly identifying the CAPA process and requirements. Provide for simplification, streamlining, and elimination of nonvalueadded CAPArelated activities. Evaluate and improve CAPA process techniques (best practices) such as root cause analysis, corrective / preventive action determination. Produce actionable CAPA trend data for product and process improvement purposes. Establish an effective CAPA training program to ensure deployment and ongoing effectiveness of the tool, process, and policy.
