Description
The Worker will perform the following duties for the Vision 21 Program 1. Provide scheduling development and maintenance support 2. Maintain responsibility for baseline schedule development and progress schedule reporting 3. Interpret cost and schedule variance using generally accepted earned value management (EVM) tools and methodologies 4. Perform critical path analysis of the schedule and prepare for potential changes from the baseline plan 5. Assist with earned value implementation, including organizing the work, developing integrated cost and schedule baselines, updating forecasts, performing monthly analysis, and assisting with the implementation of scope changes 6. Consult with VTR through integrated baseline review and provide project planning, scheduling, and controls support and recommendations.
