Description
Candidate would be responsible for installation, configuration and training for Nortel Communication Server 1000 and VoIP phone solutions at customer sites. Typical activities would include site project management, call plan collection/development, on site user training, on site administrative training, site acceptance testing and asbuilt documentation production. Requires working closely and effectively with remote installation support teams to ensure installation and testing is completed within scheduled timeframe and with high quality. The field engineer / trainer would be the primary point of contact for the customer for all onsite activities of the installation team. Ensure customer satisfaction by interacting professionally and effectively with all customers, both internal and external.
