Description
Provide onshore deep technical support (Level 3) and collaborate with Global Delivery centers leadsPerform installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning of WebMethods components Perform WebMethods projects task as requiredProvide recommendation for improvement on HP managed WebMethods componentsPerform routine maintenance during regular periods scheduledProvide Problem and Change Management supportProvide offhrs support and oncall rotation The resource will work mostly 1st shift Costa Rica time (2 EST), there may be offhrs maintenance activities and the possibility of oncall until Global support centers are fully staffed. Once fully staffed there wont be a need for oncall and offhrs work
