Extensive experience in Application Development, implementation and customizations for PeopleSoft, especially PeopleSoft Support and HelpDesk modules Solid understanding of CRM business objects and customer data model Excellent working knowledge in People Tools (Application Designer, Application Engine, Security Administrator, Peoplecode, Process Scheduler, PS Query, SQR, Component Interface, Application Messaging using integration broke, Data Mover, Operator Security, Object Security, Workflow, SQL Programming) Experience with building business process through workflow Well versed with event handling of People Code 8x Experience with Integration Broker for Integrating Peoplesoft databases
