Expertise in Tele Service, iSupport, Advanced Scheduler, Dispatch Center, Field Service, Mobile Field Service, eMail Center, Knowledge Management with five (5) years of minimum experience.Experience in working with and understanding the TCA model for Public Sector Organizations in Service modules.General understanding of APIs.Understand and analyze the Business Requirements and assist users in mapping/gapping their business needsHaving excellent knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, OA Framework, and J2EE.Experience with GIS/GPS functionalities (Routing/Mapping) and Integrating Oracle Service modules with Enterprise GIS Application (ESRI or any other GIS).Prepare relevant documents for Functional Design, Test Plans. Prepare Training, Process documents and conduct Training throughout the implementationExcellent knowledge in configuring the application as per the AIM methodolog
