Description
Perform proactive risk and control gap identification throughoversight frameworks for SOX implementation, Management SelfAssessment (MSA), Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA),Operational Breakdowns, Loss Events, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), andSAS 70 Reviews.Update SOX narratives, process flows, and risks and controls relatedinformation through corporate tools.Perform key control testing and work with business area partners, andcontrol stakeholders to determine severity and rating of exceptions.Assist business area partners towards successful control/issueremediation. Ensure all control issues identified by internal andexternal control stakeholders are remediated or approved for extensionby the agreedupon deadline
