Aid Program/Project Managers in coordinating some administrative project tasks such as scheduling meetings, arranging project resource interviews, arranging travel and meeting facilities.Manage resourcing and financials for SS contract resources and other services in support of the program Work with Procurement to effectively engage/release contract resources Partner with Program/Project delivery managers and SS Service Owners to optimize resource utilization across multiple workstreamsSubmit, coordinate, and govern POs/requisitions for Shared Services and Infrastructure services and resources required for the project Administering procurement related contracts, financial records, project reports, and project financial binders.Financial Administration
