Description
Design and implement all Network Telephony projects on time and within budgetThis position must remain current on industry standards and stay proficient on the technical infrastructure to meet all IT operational support objectives for Kaiser Permanente customers. Flexibility, excellent organizational, coordination, and project/vendor management skills are at absolute minimum. Monitor and maintain the network and all service requests to meet service level agreementsCabling scope, ordering, verificationConsult with clients to determine network and telephony needs
