2+ full cycle Implementation experience in SAP Compensation Module in a Global environment with sound configuration experience in other HR modules like Personnel Administration/Organizational Management/Benefits/Payroll2+ yrs Experience HR master data to support the SAP Standard Global Compensation process2+ yrs documenting current ASIS master data structure existing in our environment and designing the To BE master data structure required to support the Standard SAP Global Compensation Process.2+ yrs SAP Standard Compensation roles required for system security and be able work with security team to create security roles5+ yrs producing the technical design document for the Global Compensation process during the course of implementation.1+ yrs Experience in 5.0 or ECC 6.0 implementations or upgrade environments
