Description
The Business Analyst will work with the PMO Manager and other Senior Managers to consolidate and maintain all the program documentation and work plan and schedules. Will work to develop and maintain a Program Management Plan and comprehensive work plans and schedules. Will maintain all key Program documentation and schedules including Program Charter, Program Scope, Program consolidated work plans and schedules. The Program Plan Manager will work with the PMO Manager to resolve project schedule conflicts and look for opportunities to increase coordination of activities among the various projects and initiatives. The Program Plan Manager will serve as the key liaison with the cost management staff to coordinate the flow of information and data between the consolidated project schedule and the Program's cost management systems.
