Responsible for analyzing key performance metrics using Omniture reports Understand how analytics tracking in Web pages and Flash applications throughout site to correctly capture Omniture variables, properties, events, and filters. Stay current with Omniture product developments; advise management team of new implementation or data collection opportunities. Work closely with product owners and technical staff to develop optimized tracking and automated reporting for Web applications. Consistently analyze and investigate new reporting capabilities for the websites. Coordinate with various internal business/user groups to determine, analyze and identify process improvements on the site, new product initiatives, customer behavioral tests such as A/B testing, etc. Identify proactively opportunities to improve user experience and site effectiveness.
