Schedule creation and maintenance at the program level (including all project tracks)Track project interdependencies at the direction of Program ManagerEnsure audit ability of projects and overall program through excellent record keepingEnsure compliance to Prince 2 methodologyAssist with staffing, on boarding, off boarding of program personnelPerform configuration management for technical and project documentationCommunications obtain and distribute program and project status to key stakeholdersMonitor cost, scope, schedule and provide reports to management on a scheduled basis Manage expense requests, travel and coordinate / plan team workshopsEnable time writing for all personnelTracking of Program level issues, risks and projects interdependenciesCreation of KPIs to track and monitor progressCreate weekly status updates for CEO
