Description
Production Support MM/SD/PP Production Support role. Client's ERP initiative for OrdertoCash, Production Planning, and Supply Chain Material Master. The objective is to provide SAP post golive production support to include issue resolution, rootcause analyis, training, and documentation as well as the ability to understand business requirements/issues in the context of a standard ERP solution. This position will be answering emails and phone calls from 500 virtual users for 1st & 2nd level support that has been delegate by the team lead. They will be running reports, working on transactions & issue resolution, and follow up on completed emails & calls.
