System installation, configuration, integration, testing and cutover for live traffic System acceptance from vendors and delivering systems to customers Ability to work face toface with customers and prospects on technical design Ability to troubleshoot operating platforms and guide repair/service restoration efforts Good technical writing/documentation skills Ability to liaise between sales, support and engineering to meet customer requirementsNonessential Job Functions Provide assistance in making technical/budgetary tradeoffs where neededRequirements Carrier deployment experience Hardware (server, router, SAN, firewall, etc.) and software installation and configuration Linux installation, configuration, operation TCP/IP and internet protocols Real time streaming protocols Video experience/protocols Wireless experience
