Custom software development in an agile testdriven iterative environment. Technology evaluations and integration Scaling systems for growth, and designing for different clients and roles. Designing systems for hightraffic, highavailability, and monitoring Cross functional team work with business stakeholdersQUALIFICATIONS Ruby on Rails experience (personal/contract/consultant site development) Familiarity with the LAM[P/RoR] stack (Linux/Apache administration background is a big plus) SQL programming for MySQL MVC, eventdriven, multithreaded application design Ability to interact with a diverse group of internal customers, and collaborators. Energy and excitement for solving complex technical challenges.
