Description
Daytoday monitoring of network operations configuration, capacity, access, performance and security management. Perform fault management and problem resolution in a highly complex, mission critical network environment. Provide a high level of critical thinking in driving successful resolution of highimpact, complex, crossfunctional problems. Network change management support modifications, maintenance to complex network systems. Work closely with other departments to ensure problem resolution and minimize time to restoral. Work closely with the Network Engineering team to clearly define operational requirements for new systems. Lead implementation of new systems into production network. Perform capacity planning and management of LAN and WAN backbone connections. Seek out and suggest opportunities for improvement, including changes in technologies and procedures.
